Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Area Sales Manager - B2C. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned region. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers, identifying new sales opportunities and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will also oversee market analysis to identify trends and ensure product positioning aligns with customer needs, while working closely with marketing teams to ensure brand success.

It is an Individual Contributor role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management within the B2C sector
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of luxury products or experience in the sanitary ware or interior design industry is a significant advantage
  • Ability to meet targets and manage sales pipelines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
