Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager position located in Chennai, with a hybrid work model that allows for partial work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will lead, strategize, and execute sales initiatives to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, setting and achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales processes. The role also involves market analysis to identify trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Building
  • Strong Business Development and Account Management skills
  • Proven ability in Market Analysis and Forecasting
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of technology solutions such as AI, Cyber Security, and Software Development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
