  • Responsible for executing and overseeing outdoor marketing and sales activities to drive business growth.
  • Coordinates and supports event planning and execution to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Proactively inspects sales activity to ensure alignment with targets and standards.
  • Manages and leads the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Tracks and monitors the quality and quantity of sales efforts to improve effectiveness.
  • Focuses on lead generation and conversion to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversees sales and CRM software to maintain accurate data and reporting.
  • Initiates and drives action plans to penetrate new markets and business segments.
  • Ensures frequent communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Optimizes the allocation of marketing investment for maximum impact.
  • Builds strong peer support and internal relationships with key club personnel to ensure alignment and growth.
