Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage retail store operations including SOP adherence and resolution of customer queries/escalations.
  • Drive postpaid and broadband business through both in-store (walk-in) and field (walkout) sales models.
  • Handle lead management via the Integrated Lead Management System (ILMS).
  • Coordinate with planning, marketing, and home delivery teams for network expansion and timely installations.
  • Monitor performance and ensure governance of a large off-roll sales team (7–12 executives).
  • Increase market visibility through BTL activities aligned to customer segments.
  • Strengthen residential and local market relationships to drive broadband rollouts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Foster a customer-first culture with a serve to grow mindset in stores.
  • Implement effective planning and execution strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance in store operations and cash handling processes.
  • Simplify internal communications and ensure alignment across the sales team.
  • Maintain high team motivation via regular connects, performance rituals, and recognition.
  • Build strong relationships with internal functions and external partners including LCOs in smaller towns.
