Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Delhi NCR

Industry: Prime Home Loan

Department: BFSI, Investments & Lending

Education Requirement

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Prime Home Loan Sales
  • At least 2+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles
  • Mandatory experience in the Prime Home Loan segment
  • Proven track record in self-lead generation and market acquisition
  • Strong exposure to field sales operations and channel management
  • Established local market network in Delhi NCR (DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Delhi NCR real estate and mortgage market dynamics
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing field sales team across the Delhi NCR region
  • Own and deliver regional sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Monitor daily field activities, pipeline management, and conversion efficiency
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral networks)
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Prime Home Loan segment
  • Strengthen market presence and brand visibility through local networking and market activations
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth while maintaining portfolio quality

  • Strong result-oriented sales leader with a proven track record in Prime Home Loan sales
  • Excellent team management and leadership capabilities
  • Deep understanding of Delhi NCR home loan and real estate market dynamics
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven, field-intensive environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with DSAs, builders, developers, and channel partners
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and drive business expansion across Delhi NCR

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates currently working with leading Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Banks, NBFCs, or Mortgage Lending Institutions handling Prime Home Loan products will be preferred.
