Company Description
Alphaa Electricals & Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd. (AEIPL), is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales in instrumentation fittings, valves, and manifolds, representing Ventil Flowserve as an authorized distributor. This is a strategic role focused on driving business development, managing key accounts, and delivering technical sales solutions across process, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
Role Description
- Drive sales and business growth for instrumentation valves, manifolds, and fittings.
- Develop and manage relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and end users.
- Promote Ventil Flowserve products with deep product knowledge and application expertise.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure.
- Prepare technical proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Provide market insights and sales forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B Industrial sales and Client Relationship Management.
- Prior sales experience in industrial valves, instrumentation fittings, or flow control systems.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and prepare Sales Reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the Mechanical or instrumentation industry is a plus.
