Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and leading a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, fostering relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on delivering exceptional results and contributing to the company's success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention to ensure long-term partnerships and continued growth.
  • Leadership abilities with experience in team management, goal setting, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong Analytical and Market Research capabilities to assess trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions and close deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
