Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B sales for Food & Flavor products across the North & Upper North region.
- Identify and onboard new customers; maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, submit samples, and follow up on trials and customer feedback.
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Handle pricing discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and support payment follow-ups.
- Track competitor activities, market dynamics, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, application teams, logistics, procurement, and customer support to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and meeting updates.
- Travel extensively for client visits, trials, and market development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in Food, Flavors, or B2B Sales (ASM experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel across the North & Upper North region.
