Role Objective
- Support the admissions and revenue team by executing structured lead generation and student conversion activities. The role is pipeline-focused and designed to build core sales and counseling capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain program offerings, admission process, and fee structure
- Generate and qualify leads from assigned data sources
- Schedule counseling sessions and admission meetings
- Follow up with warm and cold leads to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate lead status and interaction notes in CRM/sheets
- Support admission campaigns and outreach drives
- Assist in achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for closures
Required Skills
- Strong spoken Hindi and English communication
- High call-handling confidence and persuasion ability
- Basic sales and negotiation aptitude
- Process discipline and follow-up rigor
- Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Fast learner with target-oriented mindset
