Job Title:Sales Intern

About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time sales processes, customer interactions, lead conversion, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication
- Support in closing sales and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Update and maintain sales data in CRM or Google Sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries
Skills & Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup culture
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
