About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Intern to support our business development and revenue efforts at Linkific. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how real sales work in a startup environment—lead generation, client conversations, follow-ups, and closing support.
You will work closely with the founders and sales team to learn how value-based selling, relationship building, and deal execution happen in practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
- Research potential clients and maintain lead databases.
- Support in outreach activities, follow-ups, and scheduling sales calls.
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales documents.
- Observe and assist in sales calls, demos, and client discussions.
- Track sales activities, responses, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align outreach efforts.
- Learn and follow sales scripts, SOPs, and internal playbooks.
Required Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new people.
- Basic understanding of sales, business, or marketing concepts.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent.
- Good written English and professional communication etiquette.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and email.
Preferred Skills- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or cold emailing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, etc.).
- Interest in startups, SaaS, AI, or automation solutions.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development (optional).
Educational Qualifications- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Students from any background with strong interest in sales are welcome.
