Role Description The Sales Intern role at WAYVE is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, and assisting with presentations and product demonstrations. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with operations and marketing to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. The Sales Intern will also help prepare sales reports, participate in training sessions, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with riders, partners, and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and basic negotiation.
  • Candidates should possess an interest or experience in Training and Sales Management support, such as assisting in team briefings or tracking performance metrics.
  • Basic understanding of urban mobility or transportation services, and enthusiasm for last mile travel solutions.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
