Role Description This is a onsite internship role for a Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to potential customers, and assisting in product demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales materials and reports, and following up with prospects via email, calls, and online meetings. The role also involves collaborating with customer success and marketing teams to understand client needs, improve messaging, and support campaigns. The intern will receive ongoing training and mentorship in SaaS sales processes, lead generation, and account management.
Responsibilities
● Help the sales team & Head of Sales in daily tasks
● Update and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM
● Consistently achieve the deadlines given.
● Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers whenever required by team
● A motivated, social, hard-working individual with great attention to detail.
● Willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.
● Great product knowledge & prospect research skills
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Work on Emails, follow-up, helping close deals
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
● At least 2-4 months of relevant work experience
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
● Strong research skills - ability to absorb information from multiple sources and make it actionable
● Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Others:
● Location: Remote
● Duration: 6 months (PPO based on performance)
● Timings: 11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday
