Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern at Recruitment Quest. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Daily responsibilities include learning about recruitment services, assisting with proposal preparation, scheduling and coordinating client meetings, and following up on leads. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, contributing to sales reports, and participating in training sessions to build sales and client service skills. This position provides hands-on experience in B2B services sales within the HR and recruitment industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospective and existing clients.
  • Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, follow-up, and basic pipeline handling.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in Training, quickly learn sales processes, and apply feedback to improve performance.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort working remotely, with good time management, basic CRM and office software proficiency, and a proactive, learning-focused mindset.
