Description:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Subscription Sales professional to join our growing team in North & West Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive subscription-based revenue growth.

Responsibilities

The role is varied, and you will be expected to provide direction on identifying your own priorities, but initial responsibilities will include:

• Drive subscription sales and achieve monthly revenue targets

• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local networking

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

• Conduct product/service presentations and explain subscription benefits

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term subscribers

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in subscription sales, B2C/B2B sales, or field sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality

• Familiarity with the Delhi market, especially North & West Delhi

• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently

• Graduate preferred

Compensation:

CTC: 5,00,000 – 6,00,000 per annum
