About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive who can combine technical understanding with strong sales skills to identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing technical products or solutions with customers while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to develop customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Sales, B2B Sales, Solution Sales, Industrial Sales, IT Sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products or services.
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
