Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve assigned targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line product installations.
  • Drive new account acquisition and grow business through cross-selling multiple services.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales funnel with defined maturity levels across product lines.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and develop tactical sales interventions to protect and grow market share.
  • Support Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth initiatives in the assigned territory.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for all client interactions across service lines.
  • Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to optimize revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions as per client needs.
