Job SummaryThe Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and promoting UrbanRoof Pvt. Ltd.s product offerings to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within Waterproofing services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings to drive engagement and sales.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions that match their needs.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales.
- Product Knowledge:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of UrbanRoof's products/services and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any Graduate related the field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the [construction, real estate, or building materials] industry.
- Experience in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
