Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-drivenSales Executivewith at least 2 years of relevant experience in selling IT services, digital solutions. The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, can identify client pain points, and is confident pitching digital services to decision-makers.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. Based in Pune, the role offers a combination of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
  • Pitch IT services including UI/UX, Web & App Development, Performance Marketing, and Staff Augmentation
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline hygiene
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services sales / digital agency sales
  • Strong understanding of web design, development, performance marketing, or tech solutions
  • Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact with founders, CXOs, and marketing heads
  • Strong lead generation and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Experience working with international clients

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Understanding of AI-based solutions
  • Existing network in startups / D2C / SMEs
  • Immediate joiners
