Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-drivenSales Executivewith at least 2 years of relevant experience in selling IT services, digital solutions. The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, can identify client pain points, and is confident pitching digital services to decision-makers.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. Based in Pune, the role offers a combination of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
- Pitch IT services including UI/UX, Web & App Development, Performance Marketing, and Staff Augmentation
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline hygiene
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services sales / digital agency sales
- Strong understanding of web design, development, performance marketing, or tech solutions
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interact with founders, CXOs, and marketing heads
- Strong lead generation and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Experience working with international clients
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Understanding of AI-based solutions
- Existing network in startups / D2C / SMEs
