Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, presenting product offerings, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, preparation of sales proposals, and maintaining updated records of sales activity. The role demands close collaboration with the marketing and product teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Experience in generating leads, creating sales proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in managing client interactions, building relationships, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product specifications, particularly in testing equipment for industries like automotive and electronics.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities and experience delivering impactful presentations to potential clients.
- Organizational Skills: Efficient time management, record keeping, and ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in technical or B2B sales is a plus. Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is also desirable.
