About the Role

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to join the GamingCon Bharat team and help scale partnerships and brand participation for the event. This is a high-energy, fast-paced, and equally rewarding role that gives you the opportunity to work with some of India's and the world's leading gaming, tech, consumer, and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard sponsors, exhibitors, and brand partners for GamingCon Bharat

Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across gaming, consumer tech, lifestyle, entertainment, and youth-focused brands

Build and maintain relationships with marketing teams, agencies, and decision-makers

Develop tailored partnership proposals and pitch decks

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of brand deliverables

Track leads, meetings, closures, and revenue targets

Represent GamingCon Bharat at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and presentation skills

Confidence in client-facing and business development roles

Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset

Passion for gaming, entertainment, youth culture, or live events is a major plus

Prior experience in sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, media sales, or brand partnerships preferred

Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup-style environment
