Client is a 360-degree advertising and branding agency specializing in media solutions, print, digital marketing, outdoor advertising (OOH), and creative brand strategies. Position – Sales Executive

Office Location: B-4, Devendra Apartment, Next to Sahayog Mandir, Sahayog Mandir Road, Thane (W)

Work Type: Field Work

Salary: upto 4 lac + Attractive Incentive Structure

Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development and client acquisition activities. This is a complete field sales role involving regular client visits, lead generation, and promotion of advertising and branding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits for cold calling and client prospecting

• Promote advertising and media solutions including print, digital, OOH, and branding services

• Generate and qualify leads for business opportunities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior management

• Build strong relationships with business owners and marketing professionals

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients for conversions

• Track market trends, competitors, and branding opportunities

• Maintain daily sales reports, client records, and CRM updates

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills

• Strong field sales and business development experience

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle client meetings and negotiations

• Experience in media sales, advertising sales, or B2B sales preferred

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi

• Knowledge of MS Office and presentation handling

• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
