We are looking for ambitious professionals who can drive sponsorship sales and build strategic brand partnerships for our events.

Role Overview

The Sponsorship Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sponsors, pitching partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial deals, and generating sponsorship revenue for TEFLA'S conferences and events.

Responsibilities
  • Generate sponsorship leads through networking and outbound outreach
  • Pitch sponsorship opportunities to brands and corporate clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship and partnership deals
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and event teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, media sales, or event partnerships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Existing corporate network is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Days

Monday to Saturday

Compensation

Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives
