Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-ownership, target-driven Sales Executive who can open doors, close deals, and scale revenue in the telematics space.
This is not a passive account management role—you will be expected to prospect aggressively, sell consultatively, and own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
What You'll Be Doing1. Hunting & Lead Generation- Identify and reach out to fleet operators, logistics companies, EV businesses, NBFCs, and enterprises
- Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, referrals, and partnerships
- Build a strong personal pipeline (not dependent on inbound)
2. Solution Selling- Sell GPS trackers, dashcam trackers, and fleet management SaaS (VoltCred)
- Understand client operations and position solutions around:
- Cost savings
- Theft prevention
- Driver behavior & safety
- Operational visibility
3. Closing & Revenue Ownership- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closure
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive both device sales + recurring SaaS revenue
4. Relationship & Account Growth- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Identify upsell opportunities (additional devices, analytics, financing integrations)
5. Market Intelligence- Track competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning
- Provide feedback to refine product and pricing strategy
What We're Looking ForMust-Have- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (field-heavy preferred)
- Proven experience in closing deals (not just generating leads)
- Strong comfort with cold outreach and on-ground selling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset—you don't wait for leads
Good-to-Have (Big Advantage)- Experience in GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, fleet, logistics, or SaaS sales
- Existing network in:
- Fleet operators
- Transporters
- EV ecosystem
- NBFC / leasing ecosystem
What Success Looks Like- You build a consistent pipeline within 30–45 days
- You close your first deals within 60–90 days
- You contribute to recurring SaaS revenue, not just one-time hardware sales
