The Account Manager is responsible for selling and up selling to new and existing clients and providing excellent Customer service in support of organizations sales & revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate new leads through a variety of channels including cold calling, telephone calls, marketing campaigns, emails, personal meetings, events, and exhibitions.
- Customer Needs Analysis & Presentation: Listen carefully to customer requirements and effectively present appropriate system demonstrations that highlight the value of our software business applications.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong, lasting relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Negotiation & Closure: Skillfully negotiate the terms of agreements, including costs, delivery schedules, and specifications with decision-makers, leading to successful sales closures.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the market landscape and competitive offerings to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Brand Representation: Represent Expertiz's products and solutions effectively at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations, showcasing our capabilities to a wider audience.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed and compelling proposal documents tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Payment Collection: Oversee and ensure timely payment collections from respective customers.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Effectively handle multiple priorities without compromising delivery standards and schedules.
