What this job involves:
Identifying & Sourcing of Quality Corporate Office Spaces
- Business Development: Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars, and other sources. Leverage existing and new relationships with developers and corporates, particularly focusing on sourcing & origination of quality land supply.
- Networking with real estate intermediaries, landowners, and local brokers for identifying business opportunities.
- Preparation of marketing materials, such as presentations and proposals. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for the responsible geography.
- Be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual targets.
Transaction Management
- Pool details of the property with respect to coordinates and details of the land/property owner and conduct site inspections.
- Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions.
- Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical reports, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants, and government bodies.
- Ensure optimum client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele, and overall governance during the execution phase.

- Graduate with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, proven negotiation, and financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Self-starter, confident, collaborative with the ability to multitask and work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios
