We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for Sales roles who have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client handling. Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads through calls, references, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other available sources

* Handle B2B sales and connect with potential clients/businesses

* Understand client requirements and pitch company services accordingly

* Make outbound calls and follow-ups to generate business opportunities

* Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior sales team members

* Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert them into business opportunities

* Maintain lead database, sales reports, and follow-up trackers

* Work on targets and achieve monthly business goals

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Required Skills:

* 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, business development, or lead generation

* Strong communication and convincing skills

* Experience in lead generation through calls, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media

* Comfortable making cold calls and handling follow-ups

* Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Google Sheets

* Good negotiation and client-handling skills

* Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate:

* Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred

* Experience in EdTech, recruitment, consultancy, or service industry will be an added advantage

* Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred

* Comfortable working from office in Jaipur
