Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients while building strong relationships with existing customers. Key tasks include promoting Star Health's insurance products, meeting sales targets, ensuring retention of existing business, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining a database of clients, and contributing to the team's success through strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention
  • Strong knowledge and experience in sales strategies and marketing approaches
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for scheduling, reporting, and record management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to product knowledge, market trends, and customer needs
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
  • Knowledge of local markets and fluency in regional languages is a plus
