Job Description

Location: Hyderabad, India

Shift: EST Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to support business growth across IT Consulting, AI/Data Solutions, ERP, QA/Validation, GRC/Compliance, and Staff Augmentation services in the North American market.

The ideal candidate should be strong in outbound sales, lead generation, modern GTM strategies, AI-assisted prospecting, and market research. The role also involves identifying emerging high-demand/low-supply technology niches and helping position services into underserved markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted sales tools.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with IT Managers, Directors, VPs, and Procurement teams.
  • Maintain minimum targets:
    • 1 qualified appointment/day
    • 5 7 meetings/week
    • 2+ client requirements/month
  • Support client meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline management with leadership teams.
  • Research market trends, client pain points, and practical niche technology areas with growing demand and lower competition.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM and GTM platforms.
  • Use AI and sales intelligence tools for lead research, outreach automation, and account mapping.
  • Coordinate with recruiting and delivery teams to align opportunities with available talent and services.
Required Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience working with North American clients is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 Years of Experience in IT Staffing or IT Services sales is highly preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Staffing Sales, or IT Consulting Sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand client needs and align suitable service offerings.

Preferred GTM, Data & AI Skills

  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Instantly, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of AI-assisted prospecting, sales automation, CRM workflows, and outbound sequencing.
  • Basic understanding of AI, Data, ERP, Cloud, Automation, Cybersecurity, GRC, or Compliance services is preferred.
  • Awareness of modern GTM, RevOps, and AI-driven sales strategies.
