Job Summary
Decorpot is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to contribute to business growth by identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting our interior design solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a passion for sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients to generate business opportunities
Present and explain Decorpot's products and interior solutions effectively
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction
Follow up on sales leads in a timely and professional manner
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Handle customer concerns and provide prompt resolutions
Track sales activities and provide accurate reports to management
Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Professional and presentable personality
