Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Hyderabad. The role involves:

·      managing and enhancing customer relationships,

·      developing customer retention strategies,

·      addressing customer queries effectively.

·      oversee customer interactions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

·      collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets

·      ensure seamless communication

·      exposure to any CRM tool (updating leads, queries, status updates, sales reports, etc)

 

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

·      Strong communication skills (English, Telugu mandatory; Hindi - good to have)

·      Strong Customer Retention and Customer Experience skills

·      Ability to effectively interact with clients and teams

·      Sales skills to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth

·      Analytical Skills to assess customer data and develop insights for improved service

  • ·      Previous experience in customer relationship management or related fields is an advantage
