Role Description

This is a full-time, Field Work, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bilaspur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and negotiating contracts. Additional duties include preparing proposals, tracking sales performance, delivering client presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to implement effective sales strategies and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and customer engagement
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in real estate or infrastructure-related sales is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
