This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Kozhikode. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring team-wise target achievement. This role involves leading the sales team, overseeing daily sales activities, and contributing directly to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Actively sell Broadband connections, telephone lines, and digital products to business customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, tele-calling, and field sales activities.
- Track team performance against KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing key client relationships and resolving escalations.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for customers.
- Maintain discipline, process compliance, and quality standards across the sales team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in a senior or team-handling role.
- Strong team leadership and target management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment.
- Strong reporting, planning, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
