Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Kozhikode. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring team-wise target achievement. This role involves leading the sales team, overseeing daily sales activities, and contributing directly to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Actively sell Broadband connections, telephone lines, and digital products to business customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, tele-calling, and field sales activities.
  • Track team performance against KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing key client relationships and resolving escalations.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for customers.
  • Maintain discipline, process compliance, and quality standards across the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in a senior or team-handling role.
  • Strong team leadership and target management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment.
  • Strong reporting, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
