Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to counsel prospective students, convert leads into enrollments, and contribute to revenue growth. If you enjoy interacting with people and closing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Explain course details, fees, and career outcomes clearly
  • Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM/MIS
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams
  • Ensure high-quality counselling and customer experience
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 03 years of inside sales / tele-sales / education counselling experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and follow-up processes
  • Experience in EdTech or education sales is an advantage
