Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. The role involves conducting market research, maintaining client databases, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to understand and promote the company's construction services, prepare proposals, and provide excellent post-sales customer support to maintain client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and customer onboarding processes in the construction industry.
  • Ability to understand construction project lifecycles and to effectively communicate the company's services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant experience in construction sales or a similar industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
