Job Title: Sales Engineer
Locations: Telangana
. Salary: 2.5 LPA to 9 LPA + (Incentive) Males Candidate Referred
oProactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
oDevelop a strong pipeline of potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
oConduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
oPresent, promote, and sell industrial automation products, including coding and marking machines (CIJ, TTO, TIJ, and Laser Printers), sensors, encoders, and conveyors.
oUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
oNegotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability.
oProvide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed.
oPrepare and send quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation to customers.
oMaintain records of inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
oFollow up with customers regarding purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
oTrack payments and ensure on-time recovery as per agreed terms.
oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
oProvide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
oCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.
oPrepare and submit sales reports, including:
a)Sales Plan
b)Sales Pipeline
c)Orders and Follow-ups
d)Payments and Follow-ups
oRegularly communicate sales performance and market insights to management.
oWork closely with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
oParticipate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Education: BE/B. Tech Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC), Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical.
Experience: 0 to 5 years in industrial field sales, preferably in industrial automation, packaging machinery products.
oFluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
oProficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
oAbility to work independently and within a team environment.
oStrong problem-solving and customer service skills.
oGoal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
oMust own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
oWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
