Key Responsibilities
- Attend to showroom walk-ins and respond to inbound/online leads promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and present modular furniture and customization options effectively.
- Coordinate with designers to deliver floor planbased presentations and proposals.
- Drive order closures by addressing objections and guiding customers through the decision process.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular updates and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in interiors, modular furniture, or high-involvement retail sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
