Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to showroom walk-ins and respond to inbound/online leads promptly.
  • Understand customer requirements and present modular furniture and customization options effectively.
  • Coordinate with designers to deliver floor planbased presentations and proposals.
  • Drive order closures by addressing objections and guiding customers through the decision process.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular updates and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in interiors, modular furniture, or high-involvement retail sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
