Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and achieving defined sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, addressing their needs, providing product recommendations, and following up on inquiries. The role also involves identifying new sales opportunities, participating in market analysis, and ensuring a high standard of customer service to promote brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Account Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in understanding and presenting product specifications to customers
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the jewelry industry and market trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
