This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Surat, India. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Executive will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and support the growth of the organization.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Account Management skills and a results-driven approach
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of business strategies and the ability to adapt to evolving market trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
• Relevant experience in the automotive, fleet management, or IoT industries is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of sales performance metrics
