Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of sales activities, participating in sales meetings, conducting market research to identify potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum, India.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales management, business development, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and client prospecting
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technologies
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the pest control or service industry is an advantage
