Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the sales process to promote Credila's education loan services, and achieving sales targets. Primary responsibilities include developing relationships with students and their families, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams, preparing reports, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in sales and client relationship management
- Ability to effectively explain financial products and educational loan options
- Basic knowledge of financial services or banking is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the education sector or financing for students is a plus
