We are looking for a dedicated and performance-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our Thiruvananthapuram centre. The ideal candidate will engage with leads, understand their career aspirations, recommend suitable BIM/Design programs, and convert them into enrollments.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Understand learner requirements and guide them on the right BIM/Design courses.
• Clearly explain program features, fees, modules, tools, job opportunities, and placement support.
• Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure high conversion.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead data and status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and support.
• Assist in webinars, events, or marketing campaigns when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism throughout.

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Architecture background preferred but not mandatory).
• 13 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, tele-sales, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
• Ability to understand and explain technical training programs.
• Target-oriented, self-driven, and energetic.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
