Role Overview
The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales. This role focuses on engaging prospects who have already shown interest in the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming leads via calls, emails, website inquiries, and chat platforms
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Provide detailed information, pricing, and solutions to potential clients
- Follow up with leads to drive conversions and close sales
- Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and status
- Coordinate with internal teams ( operations, product) for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with prospects to enhance customer experience
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and problem-solving ability
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads
- Time management and follow-up discipline
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/customer handling (inbound preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered
