Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, and providing expert product knowledge. Duties include meeting sales targets, conducting test drives, following up on leads, delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with financing options, and maintaining thorough records of sales and client interactions. The role also involves staying up-to-date with the latest products, services, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automobiles, including technical features and specifications
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
• Ability to meet sales goals and targets through effective negotiation and persuasion
• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in automobile sales or related sectors is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
