Job Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new corporate and modern trade clients to expand business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
Negotiate listings, pricing, product visibility, and promotional activities within modern trade channels.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and communication to achieve business targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and promotional strategies to optimize sales performance.
Prepare periodic sales reports and achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA Pass Out is mandatory (Sales/Marketing preferred).
12 years of experience in Corporate Sales with strong exposure to Modern Trade.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting systems.
Willingness to travel locally for market and client visits.
