Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing sales reports to offer insight and strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Client Relationship Management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Market Research and Analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic software applications
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Understanding of the events management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
