Capabilities Required:
- Sales Expertise: Strong experience in the end-to-end sales process with a proven track record of successfully closing sales calls.
- Independent Operator: Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively engage with professional clients.
- Achievement Oriented: A history of strong past sales achievements and hitting targets consistently.
- Resilience: Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas under pressure.
Experience:
- Prior experience in direct sales or business development (specific years not a constraint if performance is proven).
Qualifications:
- Educational qualifications or degrees are not a constraint. We value skills, experience, and your ability to deliver results above all else.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Maximum)
- Incentives/Commission: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Total Potential Earning: Up to ₹55,000 per month
