Financial Literacy Educator / Trainer

The program empowers students to make informed financial decisions, preparing them for a confident transition into adulthood.

Role Description

You will deliver weekly interactive sessions on personal finance to high school students covering topics including income, budgeting, investing, insurance, loans and taxation. Sessions are structured and supported with detailed session plans and materials. The educator will also be responsible for monitoring student progress and providing feedback to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in personal finance
• Proficiency in lesson Planning, including creating structured, engaging, and interactive lesson outlines
• Excellent Communication and Training skills to effectively engage and inspire teenagers
• Strong background in Education and Teaching with a focus on delivering age-appropriate financial literacy concepts
• Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Finance, Business or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience delivering educational programs or training sessions is a plus
• Passion for youth empowerment and financial education, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
