• Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pilates for Wellbeing is a premium Pilates studio focused on helping clients improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall wellbeing through personalized Pilates programs. We are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first interaction.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. More than traditional sales experience, we are seeking someone who can confidently communicate the value of our programs, understand client needs, build trust, and guide them toward the most suitable Pilates offering.
The ideal candidate is warm, articulate, professional, and enjoys speaking with people both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Clearly explain Pilates for Wellbeing's programs, memberships, and services to prospective clients.
• Understand client goals and recommend appropriate programs.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into consultations and memberships.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide a welcoming first impression of the studio.
• Assist with client onboarding and membership renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the studio team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support studio events, workshops, and promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Confidence in speaking with clients in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or a client-facing role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel preferred.
