Hiring Alert | Business Executive – Domestic Home Appliances (ASE)
Location: Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our Domestic Home Appliances business team as Business Executive (ASE).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage and develop dealer/distributor,KAM,regional retails,LFR networks in the assigned territory.
- Ensure placement, display, and sell-out of products across channels.
- Lead market expansion and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and coach frontline sales teams (TSRs, CSRs, CRs).
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Drive focus product sales and ensure effective scheme implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and business partners.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, reporting, and field discipline.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of sales experience, preferably in Consumer Durables.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in dealer/distributor management and market development.
- Experience in team handling, coaching, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively and relocate if required.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM and full time graduation is MUST
